Return Policy
At Goal Achievement Hub, we’re all about helping you take meaningful steps toward your goals. That’s why we created The Journal for Goal Achievement – a tool designed to support your progress with structure, clarity and a daily dose of motivation.
But we also understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. If your journal arrives damaged or has a defect or for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the quality, we’re here to make it right.
Our Return Promise
We offer 30 day returns on all purchases of The Journal for Goal Achievement. If your product is defective or arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we’ll happily replace it or issue a full refund.
How to Return a Product
To begin a return, please email us at in**@****************ub.com with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- A photo of the product (if possible) to help us review the problem quickly
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send you a prepaid return envelope (UK orders only) so you can return the journal to us at no cost. After we receive the return, we’ll either issue your refund or send a replacement – whichever you prefer.
Please Note:
- We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. We’re unable to accept returns if the journal is in perfect condition but no longer needed.
- If you’ve already returned an item before contacting us, please get in touch so we can ensure your return is tracked and processed correctly.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you’re in the UK and your item is defective, your return shipping is fully covered by us.
